Usage Agreement
- ICIT Account is an account, which is managed by Institute of Computer and Information Technology (ICIT) KMUTNB. ICIT account gives you access to a number of IT services at KMUTNB.
- University's computer facilities and network are used for academic, research or support any services of University. Users are not allow to do any of inappropriate actions, which are NOT benefit to the university.
- You agree to abide by all University policies and procedures, as they may be amended from time to time.
- You agree NOT to use the University's computer facilities, network or your ICIT account in any way that is illegal, or to do things that are against the Computer-related Crime Act B.E 2560 (2017) or any related federal laws.
- You agree to respect the rights of all other users of the system and to NOT knowingly use computing resources, including mobile devices, in any way which is disruptive or damaging to the system or any other users.
- ICIT account is for personal use only, and not to be shared with anyone, including friends or family members. You are responsible for all actions performed with the use of your ICIT account.
- You must define your own password which must not be divulged to anyone, including IT Services staff, for any reason. You are expected to remember your password and to change it if there is any suspicion that it may have been compromised.
- University's computer facilities and network are University’s proprietary. The University has right to manage, control, and investigate in any cases up to the university discretion.

University has right to terminate your ICIT account without advanced notice, if in any cases, it was found that your account is used in the following inappropriate actions but not limited to:
- Unauthorized access, alteration or destruction of another user's data, programs.
- Attempts to obtain unauthorized access to either local or remote computer systems or networks.
- Attempts to circumvent established security procedures or to obtain access privileges to which the user is not entitled.
- University has no policy to directly ask for any personal information including username and password to users via email.
